SMS Terms of service

1. Program Description

Ultimate Home Services, LLC (“UHS”) provides SMS notifications to keep customers informed about their installation services purchased through Lowe’s Companies, LLC.

2. Message Frequency

You will receive fewer than 20 messages over the course of a typical installation project. Message frequency may vary depending on your order or service status.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our short code. After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from UHS. To rejoin, simply sign up again as you did initially.
