Management

Scott McGee District Service Manager

Scott has been with Ultimate Home Services since August of 2020. He was hired as the District Service Manager when UHS acquired the Pittsburgh Market. Scott has a background in Property Management and Business Management. When he isn’t working, you will most likely find him spending time with his family and coaching his daughter’s 10u travel Softball team and his Son’s 8u Rec Baseball team.

Chad Decker District Service Manager

Chad Decker came to UHS from Lowe’s in 2016 where he was an Installed Sales Manager. He started as a Project Manager for UHS and now runs the Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio markets where he serves as District Service Manager. Chad enjoys cooking and riding motorcycles when he’s not hanging out with his wife, Mollie and sons, Charlie and Jack.

Janet Christian District Service Manager

Janet has been with UHS since 2018. She has been in the industry for 30+ years, started off as a part time salesperson at Color Tile, moved up withing 9 months to store manager. She moved on to Hard surface installer, crew lead, and now District Service Manager for UHS. She has earned the gray hair that she has for her continued service in this industry.

Jeffrey Sallee District Service Manager

Jeffrey has been with UHS since 2022 and has held the positions of QA and District Service Manager. He came to us with a background in Durable medical equipment and restaurant business management. When he is not in the office, he can often be found camping near and fishing in one of the lakes, ponds and rivers of Indiana.

Aaron Mariani District Service Manager

Aaron has been with UHS since November 2022 in the role of District Service Manager. He has a background in both IT and construction. He is an Army veteran who served tours in both Iraq and Afghanistan. When he is not at the warehouse, you will find him enjoying a cocktail and a cigar.

Jerren Kantor District Service Manager

Jerren has been with UHS since 2019 starting off in a Customer Service role and is now a District Service Manager. She comes from an administrative and legal background. In her free time, you can find her at any one of her kids sporting events or out and about with her husband and kids.

Jen McNichol District Service Manager

Jen has been with UHS since 2016 and has held the positions of Scheduling manager and District service manager. Prior to that, she worked in the installed sales office at Lowes for 11 years. When not working she enjoys spending her time cooking and spending time with her family.

Chris Rehner District Service Manager

Chris has been with Ultimate Home Services since November of 2014. He started the Cleveland location as the District Service Manager. He has 20+ years in the flooring industry from retail sales, installation and management. When Chris is not in the office he enjoys playing Pickleball, golfing and spending time with his wife, 4 children and grandchildren.

Tiffany Nash District Service Manager

Tiffany has been with UHS since May 2020. She started off as a Field Service manager and is now one of Our District Service Managers. She came to us with 2 previous years of scheduling/management experience in Flooring installs, as well as 5 previous Years as a Lowe’s Sales Specialist/ Manager. When she is not in the office, you can find her sitting sideline at her son’s Baseball/Football games, and enjoying time with her kids.

Derek Elberson Corporate Detail Training Manager

Derek has been with UHS permanently since July of 2018. He worked for the company previously while on summer breaks in college and high school. He started in the warehouse, making deliveries and from there went into auditing and payroll. When he was brought on in 2018, he started as a Measure Technician and soon found he enjoyed traveling and training. He then transitioned into the Corporate Detail Training Manager. Derek helps train the new hires. In his free time he enjoys walking Lake Shore Drive, beach volleyball, and hanging out with friends and family.

Edgar Garcia Field Service Manager

Edgar has been with UHS since July of 2020. He started as a detailer and transferred to the Field Service Manager position. He was a flooring installer for 8 years and specialized in carpet. When he is not doing job site visits, he likes to spend time with his family, going to the beach and traveling to new places.

Tim Fulk Field Service Manager

Tim has been with UHS since June of 2021 as a Field Service Manager. He has been in the flooring industry for over 30 years as an installer, retail store owner, and a manufacturing rep with companies in subfloor solutions. On the weekends he plays drums with his band at venues all over central Illinois.

Eric Saucedo Field Service Manager

Eric has been with UHS since 2014 doing everything from installations, warehouse work, measure tech, to District manager. Currently, he is the Feild Service Manager for the Chicagoland area. Eric has over 15 years’ experience in commercial and residential flooring. When he is not out in the field, he likes to enjoy time with his family or go on bike rides.

Melissa Poston Field Service Manager

Melissa has been with Ultimate Home Services since May of 2020 as a Field Service Manager. She has 10+ years in the flooring industry from retail sales to scheduling and management. When she is not in the field, she enjoys spending time with family and spoiling her young son.

Brandon Smith District Service Manager

Brandon, is a dedicated District Manager with UHS with a flooring industry background dating back to 2014. He joined UHS in 2017; When he’s not collaborating with his team, he enjoys watching comedy/live music, and hiking with his beloved dog, finding joy in work and life’s simple pleasures.

Lori Smith Quality Assurance Associate

Lori has been with UHS since February of 2017, working in the Quality Assurance Department. Before joining the UHS Team, Lori worked in Retail for 22 years. When Lori is not working, you can find her cheering her son during his sporting events.

Jessica Bills Quality Assurance Associate

Jessica has been with UHS since 2022 Рstarting with Scheduling and moving into Quality Assurance. She came to us with a background in Retail Management with 15 years of experience. When she is not in the office, you will find her out and about playing Pok̩mon Go with her family or inside crocheting!

Jessica Carroll Installation Scheduler

Jessica has been with UHS since 2022 as a Carpet and Hard Surface Scheduler. She came to us with a background in Administrative Support and Bar and Restaurant Management. When she is not in the office, you will find her fostering pets or spending time with her friends and family.

Olivia Saylor Installation Scheduler

Olivia has been with UHS since March of 2020 staring off as a detail scheduler and now an install scheduler. She came to us right out of graduating High School. When she is not in the office, she can be found in the gym or exploring nature with friends and family.

Victoria Brown Installation Scheduler

Victoria has been with UHS since 2022 as a Carpet and Hard Surface Scheduler. She came to us with a background in Healthcare Administration doing scheduling, insurance verification, and referrals. When she is not in the office, you will find her at home playing XBOX with her three beloved doggos Peanut, Holley, and Copper in the background.

Jen Wells Installation Scheduler

Jen has been with UHS since June 2016 as a Scheduler and Scheduling Manager. She came to UHS as a former Installed Sales Manager with Lowe’s.

Michelle Cook Installation Scheduler

Michelle has been with UHS since April 2021, Michelle has held the position of carpet scheduler and part time administrator with UHS. Prior to UHS, Michelle was a salesperson / shift supervisor. On her free time, she enjoys being outside, spending time with her mom, family, friends, and especially enjoys cuddles with her dogs, Weenie, Dash, Remi.

Catherine Straley Installation Scheduler

Catherine has been with UHS since April 2021 as a Carpet & Hard Surface Scheduler. She comes to us with 30 years of Grocery Retail Management, spending 20 of those years in Human Resources Management. When she is not in the office, you will find her with her husband, 3 dogs, friends and family.

Marilyn Rodriguez Installation Scheduler

Marilyn has been with UHS since December 2016. Marilyn has held the position of carpet/hard surface scheduler. She comes to us with 20+ years in retail. Prior to UHS, Marilyn worked at Lowe’s as The Installed Sales Manager, Flooring Manager, and Customer Service Manager. In her free time, she enjoys family, her grandson and fur babies. She also enjoys collecting toys. She attends church and is a treasurer and secretary.

Chelsea Denton Installation Scheduler

Chelsea has been with Ultimate Home Services since May of 2022. She comes from the Insurance and Mental Health field primarily focusing on Office Administration. She started her UHS journey with the Indianapolis branch and has worked her way through each branch in the Region. She currently calls the Chicago branch home, being the sole carpet and hard surface scheduler. When Chelesa it not in the office you can find her crocheting, writing, enjoying time in nature or volunteering with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Indiana.

Doug Hall Field Service Technician

Doug has been with UHS since October of 2021. He started in the position of Field Service Manager and transitioned to the Field Service Tech. He came to us with his degree in construction management and over two decades of flooring installation experience. When he is not in the field, he enjoys being outside with his family, and is an avid car show participant with his local car club.

Heather Olson Quality Assurance Associate

Heather has been with UHS since 2020 doing survey calls and work orders. Heather has over 7 years’ experience in residential flooring. When she is not working, she likes to enjoy time with her kids.
