Because we work exclusively for Lowe’s, you will need to set up a measurement through them. You can set up a measurement online or by visiting your local store’s flooring department. Once your measurement is complete, Lowe’s will contact you with a quote.

You will purchase your installation and product from Lowe’s. We will contact you to schedule once the store lets us know that all of your materials are available. We cannot schedule based on product ETAs because they can change from the time your job sells to the time the materials actually arrive. Shipping and manufacturing delays are unfortunately out of our control.

To reach you, Ultimate Home Services uses the phone number and email address you provided to Lowe’s. Please verify that they are correct on your job contract. If they are not, please contact us to update.

In the meantime, you will receive text messages from us with current job status information and updates.

Post Installation Care

You receive a One-Year labor warranty on all installations. If you have any questions or concerns within that year, please reach out to us so we can assist in resolving your issues.
